Asus z87-a boot problem

Hi all,

Just built my first gaming system, but having a problem trying to install windows. I have set it up in the bios so that it should boot up from the DVD drive first, every time I boot it goes straight to bios, and the boot device led is red. Any help will be much appreciated as this is becoming very frustrating.

Tried switching both saga cable and ports, and still no luck. Anything else worth trying?
