Is it good for overclocking, I'm going to use a i5 unlocked, with a h105 and a SP120mm Fan

Yes, it is good for overclocking.
However I would recommend a Noctua NH-D14 it's quieter than the H105 alot cheaper and cools about the same with-in 1 - 3 degrees.

would support the NH-D14 - you also don't have to worry about leaks or evaporation with an air cooler... if you want more visual flair, look into the phanteks coolers as well...

hyper 212 performs okay for a mild to mid level overclock at best, noctua will last through pushing the chip a lot further.

only other upside to the smaller phanteks and CM cooler is the lack of intrusion to the ram dimms.

The Hyper 212 EVO is good up through about 4.5 on most all 4670Ks, with some of the weaker ones that require more voltage 4.4
