Asus Z87 Pro, Which PCI slots are which?

Hi guys, Ive just installed a new GPU to my mobo.. I just want to make sure that i've put it into the correct slot, I know some mobos have pci 2.0 slots and 3.0 slots. On my motherboard 2 slots are black, and one is yellow coloured. Which of these slots is PCI 3.0 and which is 2.0? Thankyou in advance

Well pretty much a std, the slot closest to the CPU is the primary X16 slot for GPU's.
