I built a desktop computer from a set of parts from Asus including the Z87M-Plus motherboard with an Asus PCE-N15 WiFi card. It has worked fine for a number of years, but it has developed a fault - I have lost the wifi connection. On the first occasion I took the wifi card out and plugged it back in and everything worked again, but it failed again after a few days and no amount of tapping and jiggling will bring it back. I have tried the wifi card in a different PCI slot, I have also tried a brand new card, but no luck. The LEDs on the wifi card do not illuminate. and when entering Windows setup, and checking the network connection it shows no connection. I should say that my laptop works fine, so the router is okay. It must be something in the motherboard or the operating system. Any ideas?
