Sorry, I wanted to say UD3H-Bk, so what is good for these components? I heard gigabyte mobos have problem with LAN chips, so I can't make a decision

Even the UD3H is a great board for OCing, Black edition reflects that it has been tested for severe working conditions, there aren't any issues with the LAN chips.
