ASUS Z97-A vs ASRock Z97 EXTREME4 vs Gigabyte GA-Z97X-Gaming 3 vs Gigabyte G1 SNIPER-Z97

Asus,ASRock and Gigabyte are in 8$ window,and Sniper is 30$ above all. Is it worth getting Gigabyte G1 Sniper or other 3 give more for the money?

Other components are:
Intel i5 - 4690 processor
G. Skill Ares 4x4GB 1333MHz memory
GForce GTX 650 graphic card
Asus Xonar DG PCI 5.1 soundcard
XFX Core Edition 450W power supply.
320GGB Sata Drive

I'm using PC for gaming,recording gameplay and music/movies/videos.

What I'm looking for in motherboard is: great sound,at least 4 USB stuff and LAN.

I would say go for the AsRock Z97 Extreme4 it has more features like more USB 3.0 ports and CPU fan headers than Gigabyte G1 Sniper and it is also cheaper...
