Hello

I turn my XMP on the motherboard and then when I got to my bios the XMP marked as disabled and there is not option to enable him

I don't quite understand. You turned on XMP on the motherboard? I don't think that's even possible.

Reseat your ram sticks, make sure they're in the correct slots as listed in the manual (usually slots 2 and 4), and see if that option becomes available.

If not, try one stick at a time and see if you can enable XMP.

Otherwise, reset all your bios settings to stock or clear CMOS, and try again.

I still find it really weird that you've enabled XMP before you got into bios, which is not technically possible.

There is a switch on my motherboard to turn the XMP .... any how I turn him up and yet nothing, I changed the ram slots and even tried to stick at a time and still nothing , XMP still disabled

It probably has to do with the switch on your motherboard. If there's a switch to do XMP and/or auto overclocking on your motherboard, never use it. They're a death trap.

Switch it off and try to enable XMP only in bios. You can't technically turn on XMP again if it's already on, right?

If that doesn't fix it, clear CMOS and try again.
