I am building a new PC, got some good deals on xmas shopping.
I have problem with the fans. All the case fans are ok. The problem occurs when there are 4 CPU/Reservoir fans and 2 CPU controllers.

BUILD INC:
ASUS Z97-AR
Intel 17-4790K, 4GHz CPU
XSPC Raystorm EX280 (Dual 5.25 Bay)
EVGA SuperNOVA 750 G2
Corsair Vengeance LP (2x4/8GB/1600MHz)
OEM SATA DVD RW
OCZ Vector 150 (2 x 240GB/ 480 GB/ Raid 0)
ASUS Strix GTX 970
Corsair Obsidian 750D case (remove stock fans)
Fans:
1 x Cougar 140mm Green LED Hydraulic Bearing Ultra Silent 1000RPM, 73.2CFM, 18dBA
2 x Cougar 140mm Green Front panel
4 x Cougar 140mm Green on Reservoir (2 intake 2 exhaust)
2 x Cougar 120mm Green at the buttom
NZXT Light Sensitivity Sleeved LED Green 2M
Windows 8 Pro
UV green/ Black sleeved 24 pin, 8 Pin ATX, front panel connector cables
2 x 5050 LED strip Green (case buttom)
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
My main objects are: Being able to control all the fans. I try not to use molex if it is possible
I think have a couple of options:
1. Buy the Y 3 pin Y cable, one for two fans. I don't know if that will still allow mobo to control fan speed
2. Connect a 3 pin connector on mobo, and connect with the other fan using molex. And repeat that for the other 2 fans. But the question is same as the first one - can I still control it?
3. Connect 2 green fans with molex, and plus 2 PWM fan such as following one into mobo.

4. Simply use 2 fans only, there is no need for 4 fans? In that case, 2 Green fans, or 2 PWM fans?
