Asus Z97-C Red led and restarting

Hi,i'm not sure it is right place to ask. it's my system:
mobo : Z97-C
cpu :i3 4160
main memory : 1*4 Apacer 1866
i got a problem with system, when i turn on pc about 3 or more time reset with black display and no beep and then start normally.
sometimes led ram fixed red and system dose not works .
is my ram compatible with cpu?(frequency) or better downgraded to 1600
what is the best configuration for this mobo?

I suggest testing different RAM module, if possible (try borrowing one).
Try also clearing the CMOS (unplug the power supply and remove the CMOS battery for a minute), if you haven't so far.

I did it before,but issue still stay. i check with kingston fury 1866 no change and kingmax is ok
i think ram buss is high for this cpu
any help

Hi again
i changed dram voltag from 1.5 to 1.52 and there is no rebooting times in startup . (Solved)
but i want to know is it dangerous for ram and cpu?
