asus z97 hard drive corrupted from AI suite ?

hello. turned on pc I get intel,s RST error disk port 0 cant be read. out of frustration looking for why. full clean, unplug/plug/diff ports/new cables ect. everything seems to working fine. I now get disk check every time I boot, finds/does nothing, cancel it out, run comp, play games for hrs NP. so I run extra mirror backup and I find this. Windows Backup skipped C:\Users\Z97\Documents because is it on corrupted drive C:\.

when I open AIsuite up to 40% ish of options show empty white boxes. this pc is strictly guarded for only!! off/online gaming. use laptop for web/downloads ect. the only thing different 1 week b4 i download teamspeak. but it also works fine. simply hope someone has fought this and won & willing to share thx cj.

You should try test the SSD with the samsung sfteware, check the S.M.A.R.T. because the C corrupted. If it shows bad, you need fix this first.
If you have problem since you download the teamspeak, how about uninstall it to see what happened.
