Asus Z97/Windows 10 Wake on Lan not working

Hi, I was hoping someone could help me set up the Wake on Lan feature in Windows 10 and/or my Asus Z97 motherboard. I believe I have everything set up correctly, but seem to be having some issue with the PC waking, which from what I've read, should be able to wake it even if it's Shut down (correct if I'm wrong there).

The closest I have gotten at the moment is manually switching it on and then using the Unified Remote android app, I am able to shut the machine down.

The reason I am trying to get this set up properly is so I can access my Plex server when I am away. Being able to remotely boot and shut down my PC is exactly what I am hoping to achieve.

Update: Has anyone got any idea on how to do this?

1| Have you made sure your BIOS is up to date?
2| have you installaed the latest drivers for your Ethernet port using drivers found off of Intel?
3| Try enabling the options in BIOS and then perform a repair install.

You may also want to have read through this.

Can you please pass on your full system's specs?
