Hey folks, my Zenbook 15 keeps randomly disconnecting from the internet (not from the wifi itself) and I don't know what to do.

I updated the drivers, turned off power management, reinstalled the network card, but with no result.

Please help.

Solution

Can other devices connect to the internet while the zenbook can´t?

check your router/modem, if the internet is available or disconnected

Yes other devices stay online, the Zenbook can connect to the internet aswell, it just randomly loses the connection.

The internet stays available on my router.
