ASUS ZenPad 10 no Wi-Fi/Bluetooth

I am having an issue with an ASUS ZenPad. It is impossible to even discover a wi-fi network (Of which there are many), let alone connect. Bluetooth also doesn't work (Can' discover / be discovered). Any suggestions greatly appreciated.
