Question Asus zephyrus g14 usb c freeze mid transfer

Hello,
My zephyrus g14 always freeze when I transfer large folders or files (20-50% transfered) to and from the USB C ports (both of them). It always happen when I'm on battery, i haven't tried yet when charging.
I tried different cables. On my desktop they work normally. Also if I transfer with USB A they work with type c to A adapter.

Does this happen to someone else? Any possible solution without returning the laptop to take ages in the support center.

Now I powered it using the Asus Brick Power supply. same issue persist

First Attachment is from the USB C Port the Second is the one from the USB-C PD port

Hello mob1981,

I experience the same freeze while transfering large amount of data from my external SSD M2 drive connected to G14 USB-C. Transfers freeze suddenly for a while then continues after few seconds.

I suspect a therml issue due to high speed of transfer rate.

I will see if this also hapening when connecting to USB-A.
[I TESTED VIA USB-A AND IT WORKS JUST FINE.]
