AsusMotherboard - Ram Question

Greetings everyone,

ASUS M3A78-CM motherboard

Current RAM: (There are two sticks of ram in my motherboard currently the label on each reads as below)

Super Talent: T800UB4GSA DDR2-800 4G 256X8 Samsung

I want 16GB RAM. Should I either buy two more sticks of what I have? (I cannot find these anywhere!! I can only find DDR3.)

Or should I just buy new RAM that gives me 16GB??? If so what is affordable and compatible with my ASUS M3A78-CM motherboard???

That MB doesn't support more than 8GB of RAM.
