So im trying to find the best or next to best cpu and gpu for that mobo for gaming without changing the mobo, unfortunately im unable to buy an upgrade mobo for now so im stuck with that one. any advice would be appreciated.

My current gpu is amd R9 200 series, I figured I could get a little more out of the pc if I got a better cpu then a new gpu maybe even psu

what if my mobo dont have the turbo feature can I still use AMD A10-6800K Richland 4.1 GHz (4.4GHz Turbo) Socket FM2 100W Quad-Core Desktop Processor - Black Edition AMD Radeon HD 8670D ? my impression is this is the best cpu I can get for my mobo. if so what would be a good gpu to couple with it? Like I said befor im currently using the R9 200 Series, is there something better to couple with the A10-6800k ?
