Question ASY-0673 not powering the rackmount?

Hello, I am having trouble with my eaton power module model #ASY-0673.
It is not giving power to the rackmount.
Any information on if I can get this product repaired and if there is a way to check if the power module is functioning properly like a simple test of some sort,

When I look up that model number it refers to a fairly large UPS. Is that what we are talking about ?
After looking further, it seems like this is actually a voltage output module for a large UPS.

It has a troubleshooting section. Generally you have to contact an Eaton service provider. There are phone numbers to contact Eaton in the manual.
