Question At 2666 mhrz or Xmp profile Pc freezing.

My pc have freezing issue. So, i try to find but nothing came out i checked RAM, My SSD(nvme), GPU no issue found. No temperature issue. Then i try my other pc RAM is working well. But when i on my xpm profile with this pc freez. It is working fine after enabling xmp profile but fixed the RAM at 2133 mhrz. Please help me with the RAM issue. Is my RAM need to replace?

Pc configuration:
i5 10400
Mag Mortar B460 wifi (Bios updated)
Corsair Vengeance rgb pro(8x2) 3200 mhrz
Zotac RTX 3050
Corsair CV550w
Coolermaster 240ml AIO
Corsair mp force 510(240x480gb)
Asus 24" 75hrz

Other pc RAM i used Corsair Vengeance lpx 3200mhrz. Pc Running well with this ram with xmp on.

How old is the PSU in your build?

Did you clear the CMOS after verifying that the CMOS was successfully updated to the latest version? Your motherboard will not go beyond DDR4-2666MHz due to the chipset and memory controller. If you had a an i7, you'd be able to get to DDR4-2933MHz.

My psu is 2yrs old. I didn't know much about CMOS. I updated my bios but issue continued so i unplugged the cmos battery for 6 min then plug again. Now I'm facing issue that. My pc is only running if i use base frequency 2133 with xmp profile on. Auto, xmp disabled not working freez windows welcome window.
