At 35% off, are any of these Dell Workstations worth buying?

Hello,
I've lurked enough to know that most posters here think that pre-built systems are inefficient and expensive. However, Dell is currently having a 35% off sale on their outlet workstations, and I was wondering if any of their builds are decent.

I would like to spend around $2,000 for a workstation for the Adobe Creative Suite. I don't need keyboard or mouse. I will be buying the Dell 27" Ultrasharp, which is also on sale for 35% off.

Here's the link to the workstations I'm considering--Precision 7610 with SSDs:

Thanks.

This one might not be bad at $1380. Most of the rest are just slow quad cores and your money would be better spent on an i7.

Precision T7610
Processor: Intel Xeon E5-2620v2 processor (Six Core HT, 2.1GHz Turbo, 15 MB)
Windows 8.1 Pro
1TB 7200 rpm SATA 6Gb/s Hard Drive
8 GB Memory (2x4GB) 1866MHz DDR3 ECC RDIMM
8X DVD +/- RW Drive
Dell Outlet Precision T7610

Thanks PopaTim,

Are the i7s considerably better for my uses than the Xeon E5s?

I am considering this one, which would be ~$2000 after the discount:

Processor: Intel Xeon E5-2630 v2 Processor (Six Core HT, 2.6GHz Turbo, 15 MB)
Windows 8.1 Pro
512 GB Solid State Drive
900 GB 2.5 Inch SAS Hard Drive (10000 RPM) [QTY : 3]
64GB (8x8GB) 1866MHz DDR3 ECC RDIMM
8X Blu-Ray Writer
2 GB NVIDIA Quadro K2000 (2DP and 1DVI-I) (2DP-DVI and 1DVI-VGA adapter)
Dell Outlet Precision T7610

There aren't a whole lot of difference between the xeon and the i7's. Cache size and i7's get a gpu...

Ilike the 3 sas drives, that will help with Adobe stuff since they like separate drives for everything. LoL.

Thanks Popa Tim! However, I've been convinced to try building my own (the scorn and derision heaped upon pre-built systems..)
I'll be posting the proposed build for vetting.
