My PC just won't POST.

I am currently on my fifth package of RAM. I have tried three Corsair sets and two Ballistix sets - one of those Corsair sets was the exact same as the sticks I'm replacing. I have replaced the motherboard and power supply. The only thing that will work is if I put in my original 8 GB sticks of Corsair RAM. I have tried resetting the CMOS by taking out the battery, jumping the CMOS manually on the motherboard, and tried every single stick of RAM individually in both RAM slots. Nothing works. I've tried XMP, setting the voltage and timings manually. I've even tried reseating the CPU and unplugging and re-plugging in the connections to the hard drive, hoping it would trick something. Everything is pushed in and seated correctly. PC will not POST if I have anything other than the original sticks installed. I'm desperate here.

My specs are as follows:

Gigabyte Z270N Gaming-5 mobo
i7 7700k CPU
16 GBs of Ballistix RAM @ 2666 Mhz
Nvidia RTX 2080
