AT Power Off

My machine used to power off automatically. Now I get the "It is now safe to turn off your computer" message.
OS is W2K. Any suggestions?

Apple, Newton, Macintosh... Granny Smith?

Straight from the Windows Troubleshooting guide:

1. Whack it with a baseball bat.
2. Whack it with a baseball bat, again.
3. Repeat steps 1 & 2.

if your a little hesitant to try the baseball bat, you could try looking in your bios for power options, anso do the same in windows controlpannel powersettings.


also.. is your computer APCI or standard? (look at the top of your device list)
