I used the feedback form question thingie on the EA web site.
Complained about not getting my prize code and said if they won't do
what the say why do they question the loss of players? Well I got an
email from Saurabh G. and he sent, umm, she sent, umm WTF kind of
name is Saurabh, male or female?? Anyway, I got my code!! :-D
