If you're mostly gaming, you could save a bit with a 7600K or go with an 8600K for about the same as the 7700K with two more cores (but no Hyperthreading).
There are as many opinions about coolers as there are people who care about them, but the 212 is fine. Not fantastic, but fine.
A B250 board won't let you OC. Go Z270 (or Z370 if 8600K)
You can get faster RAM for the same-ish money.
That's more PSU than you need, but the price is great if you don't miss the sale.
I'd advise W10 Home Full instead of Pro OEM.
Get a different monitor. Your graphics card is wasted at 1366x768/60Hz. You'll want 1920x1080 at a minimum, 2560x1440 is a better target. Get G-sync if you can afford it.
