Question At this time, what is the best cpu I can upgrade AMD Athlon II X2 220 to?

I need to upgrade my pc for work. I don't really know much about building computers. I was wondering what is the best upgrade I can expect to do for the AMD Athlon II X2 220 or if someone could point me in the direction of finding a site that can provide me with that information. Your help is appreciated.

Some of the Phenom X4 should be fairly easy to track down. Depending on the wattage of the part you may need a larger heatsink.
