At what point will my i3-3225 start to bottleneck a GPU?

This is obviously only for small time gaming.
But at what point would the GPU be too good for the processor?

EG.
A GTX 660 wouldn't be bottlenecked
A GTX 660ti wouldnt
But the next best GPU would?

Does anyone see what i'm getting at here? haha

Also what would be the best game i'd be able to play on an i3 + Chosen GPU?

i3 will bottle neck when you plan to go for the 660 ti sli.

My lttle bro still uses a i3 2120 with his 660ti and there is no bottleneck @ 1080p during any game.
