My 6Gbps problem is fixed, but I have another problem.

When I started my computer up, I keep have ATA bus errors and my hard drive keeps on turning on and off, this also happens when I am using the file manager. Also I would like to point out, when the hard drive started reciving 6.0Gbps speeds, the hard drive started to throw up these errors.

Here is the extract from the terminal:
Code:

Make sure that the cable is rated for SATA-III data rates. Using a SATA-I or SATA-II cable on a link capable of SATA-III will cause errors such as these.
