Athalon 64 4800x2 Vista 64 bit?

Mayby silly question but can I run vista 64 on my system with an old 4800x2 and 2 gigs of ram?

Thanks......IM upgrading slowly and with a new video card I dont have enough ram to share in 32 bit version. I think how that works anyways.
