Atheros AR5B225 wlan-bluetooth combo adapter

I have replaced the wlan card - in my HP 8570P notebook - to a Atheros AR5B225 wlan - bluetooth combo adapter. The wlan works properly, but the bluetooth... How can I connect to a bluetooth speaker?

Update:
The windows 10 didn't recognized the bluetooth device, however it is a wlan - bluetooth combo adapter and the wlan works fine.

No it didn't.

Well there's your problem, right there.

You won't get anywhere with it until it's recognised.

Check that you have connected it up properly, also check the manufacturer's website for any drivers for that card model which you might need to install.

Laptops with a factory-installed Bluetooth and/or WiFi adapter usually have BT/WiFi drivers pre-installed (or you can download them from the laptop maker's website), but since you've replaced the factory-fitted card you'll have to rely on the card manufacturer having a driver for it, so check their website.
