I have a dell inspiron n4030
core i3 370m
4 GB ram
windows 10 pro 64bit
built in amd HD5000 series 512mb video card
Sometimes on booting my laptop i see this

after a minute or two

it says - no DCHP or proxy DCHP received
rebot and select propper boot device
then the process again repeats
i have to forcefully turn off the pc by pressing the power button and buut again , the problem is then gone
after two - three days this again happens
 
The system is trying to boot through a network and you don't have one.

That network optiion is probably the last one in the list, the first being the CD drive and there's no bootable disk in there so the only other option is the hard disk. It couldn't boot from that so it goes on to the network option.

It's actually doing you a favour because it points to a serious hard disk problem.

When it's running properly, bring up a Command form by pressing the Windows key and R together and typing cmd into the run box and hitting the Enter key.

At the prompt in the black form, type
chkdsk c: /r
and hit Enter. The scan will take quite a long time depending on the size of the disk but the /r switch will try yto fix any disk errors it finds.

When it completes, it's a good time to back up all your personal files on to an external dissk.
