Question Athlon 200ge on a320m hdv r4.0 Bios ver. L8.01

Im trying to buy a motherboard here

I found it used for pretty cheap but it was L8.01 so... Does it work on athlon 200ge

As a suggestion...look to see if you can find a used R3 1200 or perhaps an R5 1400. Those Athlon are not at all impressive beyond surfing the web. I am fairly sure those also come with a joke of a noisy and poor performing cooler. Check to see if you can't find an inexpensive Ryzen 3 with it's stock cooler. Well better performance and totally worthwhile.
