The PC is for office use. In my country (India) the Athlon 200GE is $50.21 and Athlon 3000G is $60.26. Is Athlon 3000G worth the extra $10? Or should I use those $10 in some other parts?

If it's not for gaming, and $10 difference is a lot of money for your budget, get the 200G. The 3000G would make more sense if it was also for gaming as it's a bit faster depending on the game.

3000G have unlocked CPU, IGP dan DRAM Ratio, but 200GE not. With B350 Board, you can overclock the CPU for more performance. The rest they perform similar.

But its for Accounting office works like Excel, Word, Browsing, TALLY (Accounting Software), etc.
Is the difference in price enough for you to justify buying the 3000G? If not, then the cheaper CPU will work just as well for office programs that don't require heavy computing or 3D rendering. Even then you would want a better CPU.

The actual performance difference between the CPU's isnt much and if you need to overclock the CPU to get more performance, you would want a faster CPU than either options.
