Question Athlon 3000g cpu --- desktop freeze issue

I m using AMD Athlon 3000g cpu on Asus Prime B450M-II motherboard with 8gb XPG ADATA GAMMIX DDR4 RAM.
The time I change the desktop background or do anything that includes kind of graphic rendering, the system starts to freeze or becoming unstable. And it stops after I make active any minimised application or change back the default blue background of Windows 10.
There is no temperature issue.
I used windows 10 version 1909, 2004, 20h2 and 21h1, but no improvement.
I used almost every release of Adrenalin 2020 edition, but no improvement.
Kindly solve my problem.

Can you check and see what BIOS version you're on for your motherboard? As for your ram, can you parse a link to the ram you're using? Namely we're interested in the specs of the stick of ram. It's one stick of ram, correct? Which slot on the motherboard did you populate with the stick(s) of ram? As for your OS, you're supposed to be moving forward, not backwards. On that note, where did you source the installer for your OS from?

Lastly, what are the rest of your specs?

Bios version - 0310 / 01-09-2020
Ram - XPG ADATA Gammix D30 DDR4 8GB (1x8GB) 3200MHz U-DIMM Desktop Memory - AX4U320038G16A-SR30 (first slot)
Operating system - Currently Windows 10 version-1909 build-1833.418 (through torrent)
Storage - Crucial MX500 250GB (CT250MX500SSD1)
PSU - Frontech 800 watt (It has a 8pin EATX 12v male but it is actually a 4-wire being extended to another 4-wire to make it a 8-wire)
Chassis - My old one but has been tweaked by adding two 120mm cooler master RGB fan. Planning to upgrade the cpu fan too.
