Athlon II x2 245 not getting on

Hello,
I have installed Athlon II x2 245 on Asrock N68 mobo. My old athlon 3800 works just fine, but 245 doesnt seem to get on. Can anybody help me on this issue? I put back my old cpu and system looks fine.

is/was your cpu heatsink/fan mounted correctly? try a bios reset (remove little round battery on mobo for 15mins or so)...if that doesnt solve it im not sure what the problem is as the cpu is on the cpu support list on the asrock website...
