Athlon ii x3 440 Stock voltage @1.425

i have an amd athlon ii x3 440
on a gigabyte ga-880gm-usb3
and with default bios setting vcore is 1.425
what should i do i tried lowering the voltage just by -0.025
and windows just gave me a blackscreen and didn't boot successfully
and i also have very high temperatures idle @ 55c load at ridiculous @76c
but i have stable performance i i leave it at 1.425
i hard that 1.425 is max voltage and that i can overclock to 4.3 with it
please helpppppppppppppppppppppppp
