Athlon II x4 630 upgrade?

This is my current setup:
AMD Athlon II x4 630
Galaxy 460 GTX
OCZ Vertex 2 120gb
4GB ram (dont remember what kind I have installed)
Running Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit

I use my computer for hd movies, light gaming and lately Ive been running heavy emulation programs(Dolphin, emulator for Wii) so thats why I'm looking into upgrading my CPU.

I was thinging about upgrading to:
1. AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition
2. AMD Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition
3. AMD Phenom II X4 970 Black Edition

What do you guys think I should do? Any other suggestions for CPU? Is it a big differece from what I currently have?

Not a huge difference. But a moderate difference.

What things are you experiencing slowdowns in? Is your CPU usage high at those times? Are you running all those things at once?

yeah doesnt look like I would be gaining much...
When running dolphin im getting slow framrate and my CPU runs really high.
Im just running one thing at time.
Maybe ill wait for the rumored Bulldozer chips.

What games do you emulate on dolphin?

Well when I emulate Mario Kart, Super Mario Bros, Super Smash Bros and NBA Jam it runs perfectly. But when running Donkey Kong County Returns, Tiger Woods 11 and Call of Duty black opps i get slow in frame rate

Well, my experience with Dolphin is limited to smash bros. So I'll let someone with more dolphin experience say something. But I will say there are still issues with emulating the wii and some games still don't have 100% compatibility.
If the CPU is the issue, I would wait for the next generation processors and get a quad from that generation. If you are desperate for something right now though, I'd go for the Phenom II 955 and look into overclocking.
