Athlon ii x4 645 with gtx 750

My brother is looking to upgrade to a gtx 750. He currently is running a Athlon ii x4 645 with a 380w antec with no gpu. Will he be bottlenecking himself bad if at all and will he be able to play newer games at 1080?Thats all he really cares about on his almost nothing budget.

The GTX 750 is not a high end GPU, so it doesn't need a high CPU to do its best.
