What is reasonable for the motherboard settings for temperature warning and shutdown for an Athlon 1.333 Ghz CPU?

I set mine to 55C for the CPU and 40C for the mobo.
But I only have a 1000 Tbird.. you might want to go a little higher.. maybe 60C on the CPU.

Intel Components, AMD Components... all made in Taiwan!

60C is a little hot even for a 1.33. My 1.2 idles at 51C and it runs perfectly fine. At 95C...the chip burns up for your information and if you run the temp over 50C...it will shorten its lifespan to 6-10 years. But I don't plan on using this same proccessor 6 years from now.

I have the same settings on my 1.33GHz, except that the mobo temperature threshold is set to 35. So far, the threshold's never been hit.
