I'm still puzzled why someone would still go with an Intel dual core processor... 😉

>Like I said, its a psychological issue.

then go see a shrink :)

>Like most would like to see AMD breach the 3ghz barrier.

Keeping money in your wallet or spending it for something else would be the best choice

I mean, you have the budget to afford a HIGH-END CPU! I would like to have the money to buy this kind of stuff! You're a lucky one!

at moment, don't have the money, would take me few months of overtime, provided nothing goes wrong, paid enough for fx at time, abit slow to shell out that kind og money again, still using a agp card, will be for a while, would get a mobo that would be a able to use both pci-e and agp like the epox ep-5veai,only its intel cpu only,so the x2 would be close to xmass or after before l get it,still abit high for me,when amd bring out m2 socket

Late in calender year 06 is the current plan for M2.

You can also look into the new ULi chipset. It supports full AGP 8X and PCIs. There was a recent review at sysopt.com

You know you like a little spray in the face every once in a while...mix it up a little. Variety is the Spice of Life (or is that the Spluge of Life...)
