Which of these cards are better performance wise when talking about gaming.
I will overclock both of these CPU using the BIOS on my A68HM Grenade Motherboard.

In that case, neither. The $60 Pentium G4560 is considerably faster than either and has much better upgrade options. AMD's socket FM2+ is dead.
