Athlon X4 860k + GTX 1060

I plan on replacing my gtx 960 with a 1060, but will my athlon x4 860k bottleneck it?

Sure, but you'll still benefit from a faster card. I'm sure in many cases your CPU is already bottlenecking your current GPU, but as long as your games still play well enough it shouldn't be a big deal.
