Athlon X4 860K vs Intel G3258 for RUST

Hello and sorry my bad English.

I have a GTX 660 TI GPU and Im gonna make a low cost gaming PC and only Im gonna play game named RUST.

Rust using UNITY GAME ENGINE
Open World FPS Game
Servers 150+ PPL

Which CPU gonna be best for this game?

I know 1150 socket is upgradable to i3-i5 and i7
I know G3258 has more single core performance

but I wonder which would be best for RUST?


I was using FX 6100 and GTX 560 ti on my old PC and i was getting 40-60 fps but it was dropping to 20 fps sometimes...

Rust uses more single-core performance so G3258 will perform better.

Not that the Pentium is bad, but if you plan to play any other games, the extra 2 threads of that Athlon will server a better purpose.
