Athlon X4 870K high temps?

Ok so i got a athlon x4 870k 2 months ago and i noticed 65C on bios, and this

Is that good or bad? do i need to reapply thermal paste cuz when i put the cooler in, in a janky way and might air bubbles on the thermal?

My rig:
Asrock fm2a68m-dg3+
Athlon X4 870K 4.3 OC
Sapphire RX 560 OC
Imperion Powersupply 550W
STOCK COOLER (planning on upgrading to deepcool gammaxx 300)

Thermal margin looks low on (close to) idle, my old x4 760k would be 70 degrees on idle. I would suspect your x4 870k overheats on a full load; you could check with AMD Overdrive's inbuilt stress test, but be prepared to stop it if the thermal margin drops to 0 or below.

Reapplying thermal paste and reseating CPU cooler would be advisable.

At 100% load with a double digit thermal margin, that's actually pretty good. In my experience there was a 40 deg C difference between idle and a full load which is why I suspected yours may overheat. As it is it looks safe.

Run it for a little longer to be sure, but I don't see anything to worry about just yet.

been running it over 1 and a half hour and i got the lowest thermal margin of 16.2C https://imgur.com/a/eMkDz. And im ordering a gammaxx 300 as im posting this, and i might report back when i got it installed

That's a good thermal margin, some drop to single digits which is more worrying. As it is it's safe as far as I'm concerned.
Hopefully the new cooler will improve it further if that's your wish.

ran into some issues, i thought the excessive thermal paste was a trouble and won't start the pc. Just realised i didn't plug on the 12v atx cable XD now it works fine

That's a good thermal margin on a full load. For stability purposes let the stress test run for an hour.

Careful to not go much further on the voltage as I think that's already near the limit of acceptability for longevity. Someone suggests that 1.475v is the highest. http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/answers/id-2965867/860k-voltage.html#17466119
I stopped around 1.43v because to achieve higher clockspeeds required far more voltage, and the more voltage being used the more likely it is to damage the CPU.
