Athlon1.4ghz Heatsink/Fan

I'm about to buy an OEM Athlon 1.4ghz CPU. I want to know which heatsink/fan do you recommend? I like a mid range model and I won't be over locking.

Buy the OCZ Gladiator, cheaper and most reviewers place it at the top with the much higher priced Swiftech 462.

Of course the glaciator uses a quiter fan. Believe me a screaming Delta fan is very annoying.
