Athlonx2 7750 BE

So i got it up to 3.2 after a high vcore change, took 1.425 to make 3.2ghz stable. 1.275+0.150 my temps are still around 40C under 100% load. it ran at 3.1ghz stable @ 1.4vcore, what could i expect to gain from this increase how high should i take it? Im using a gtx 280 and trying to get the full use of it. Im on a gigabye 780g Chipset.

I'm at 16x200 / 3.2Ghz at 1.4vcore the cpu went to 100% usage after like 3 hours of use never crashed though.

tried to change my northbridge voltage but it has 2 different voltage controls for the northbridge, one goes by intervals of 0.25v the other goes by .1v
elaborate?

ones a cpu northbridge or something
