ATI 4670 and Dell M991 monitor

I Just switched my graphics card from a 6800GT OC to a ATI 4670 AGP card and now the Catalyst software will not recognize my Dell M991. It list it as "default monitor" and wont let me change the refresh rate above 60mhz.

When i switched from Nvidia to ATI I wiped all the old drivers with drive sweeper and did a fresh install of the new drivers.

Does anyone have a suggestion on how to get the new software to recognize my monitor? BTW the old Nvidia card did recognize the monitor as a Dell M991.

I'm running XP which apparently already has the driver. That's what really has me scratching my head.

Although it is a old monitor it should be plug and play!
