Ati 5650 crashes

I have an hp envy 14-1155ca beats Laptop and I'm trying to run Crysis 2, I have updated, the bios, fresh install of O/s, New drives that are just out for the ATI Radeon HD 5650 1gb/ddr3 and I can play the game for a bit on low setting in the game but then it gets to certain point in the game were a video feed will go to play or change in the game. And a black screen will come up sound plays but pauses and I have to hard boot the computer. I have Been able to play Eve-online, No problem and Command and conquer 4 no problems. This game is a tough cookie to crack any one know how to fix this problem ?
