Question ATI 570 Displayport to HDMI no BIOS no Windows

bought a cable displayport to hdmi
monitor is hdmi only
ati 570 has 3 displayports and 1 hdmi and 1 dvi
dp-hdmi cable connected to monitor
no signal
no bios
no windows
what to do in bios?
and how

Can you provide a link to the cable you bought? These DP/Hdmi cables aren't Bi-directional so check you have the correct cable for the intended purpose.

Why not use Hdmi cable if both gpu & monitor has this connection? Multiple monitors?
