ati 7770 freaks out randomly when i play internet videos

there is three pictures of what it does. im up to date on my drivers. it only occurs to my main screen. if i disconnect my monitor the messup moves to the tv. ive googled and googled and found nothing. im starting to think it only does this with flash content.. theres no way ive found to make it go away besides from restarting the computer. logging out doesnt do it either. ive tested the monitor, its fine. the monitor is on dvi and the tv is on display port to hdmi. pls help

Uninstall the drivers with DDU driver uninstaller and download the latest ones afterwards

i did that and ive ran through 20 or so videos and it happened again. my secondary monitor (tv) is getting random horrizontal bars that flash and then are gone. anyideas on that?

okay this happened to my old 650 ti and I solved this for underclocking the core and memory clock just a little because the card seems to be dying

i changed the res on my tv and stopped the line problem
