ATI 9700 AND A7N8X MOBO

I finally got my board to boot. It was a bad chip and I have borrowed
another to get things set up. Seems like a great board and I can't wait
to game on it!

However. The new video card I purchased the ATI Radeon 9700 Pro 128MB
DDR, does not boot with the board. I get a very fast non-stop beep.

1)Is this video card incompatible with the mainboard?
2)What other incompatibilities are there that I should watch out for?

I've been running a ATI Radeon 9700 Pro 128MB on
A7N8X boards since it first came out, so s'not a problem.
