ati 9800pro v nvdia 6600

I am looking to replace my old video card. I can spend anywhere from $225 to $250. The two cards that i have in mind are the ati 9800pro 256bit and the nVIDIA 6600 256bit(i guess the 6800 could be in my price range also)

do any of you guys have experience with these cards? which one is a better value?
